I mentioned on my vent blog, a while ago, how last week was just… it was… ugh. Well, it was a bad week, basically, at the tail end of some really busy months, and I wound up writing down a lot of the emotions I could recall feeling the most strongly. LONG STORY SHORT I had sketched characters for each feeling I wrote, and I decided to just work on ‘em ‘til I got sick of them. And… here we are!

I finished this pastel nightmare by the skin of my teeth this morning, and now I have to go cook, AAHHHH, but HAPPY EASTER to those of you who celebrate it, and yet another happy Candy Sales Eve to those of you who do not!

I sure hope I finish this by Easter.

I just kept comin’ back to it between other projects. As far as warm-ups go, this many people will warm you up and then some, as it turns out!

I also intend to Nightmares Fear Factory the cast of Boss Monster, and Vanished, for later warm-ups. Why? Well… why not?

CAPTAIN LOTTEE ZOTTI is a part of Lily’s amazing comic Bad Reputation! I have been hooked since finding it, and YOU SHOULD BE, TOO! It has pirates and an amazing lady crew, and engaging dialogue - and it would be very difficult to not fall in love with the designs. Maybe even impossible.

Esteban is appearing courtesy of me, even if he was a huge pill about it. I hope the fact he is an unwilling participant doesn’t take away from the fact that I LOVE YOUR STUFF, LILY!

I have to slap some colors on this tomorrow when I decide… you know. HOW I want to color it, haha! So maybe this will still be stealth inks, for now. I never know anyone’s schedule, but the FINISHED ONE WILL BE TAGGED.

EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS!

All right, those of you following me for a bit know that this is not usual for me, but my boyfriend and I have hit a bit of an obstacle and we need some money - quickly. So I’m opening up for some posed bust commissions. Here is some basic information to be followed by the fine print!

• $15 per character
• Includes shot from chest up, posed as requested
• Fully colored and shaded
• Exciting circular/ovular background! (Ooooh. Ahhhh.)
• High-resolution images at roughly 8.5”x11” for printing

Now FINE PRINT that is not truthfully any smaller than the rest of this text, at all. “Posed as requested” can also mean if you are sending me an original character or something of the like, you can just give me a brief description of their personality and I’ll pose ‘em for you. The “per character” bit means you CAN give me multiple characters and I will pose them all together under the same guidelines, it will just be priced accordingly. Currently I only accept PayPal for payment. Sorry for any inconvenience! I also take the full payment up front before I begin any work. And as for REAL small print, I do reserve the right to refuse any content, yadda yadda.

Since these are for an emergency, they are going to have a really quick turn-around time. I am suspending all personal work (comics, doodles, sketch cards, everything) until these are done - that means I will still be working on other commissions from private clients, but these are top priority and I should be clearing the entire queue within a week. I am opening a lot of slots for this (at least 10, but maybe more) so they may not fill up very quickly, and I would love to reach as many eager eyes as possible.
