1. Mannnn, these things took forever! Well, specifically, the flats took forever because it’s that tedious time where you are still figuring out their swatches. And they aren’t finalized in design OR colors ‘cause I still gotta run them by the co-creators (1 and 2), BUT. Hey. I haven’t posted art in a while, so why not!

Bosun, steward, engineer, bowhook, sternhook, cook. Said I’d delete the inks once I had them colored, aaaaand, I did that! I won’t be shading these since they are just palette tests, but I am already really… really liking drawing out this cast. Like, A LOT! I gotta get on the full ensemble pictures, soon.

  3. To condense this message as much as possible, I expect The Muse Mentor to run between 3-5 years depending on how fast I go. It’s only about 300-ish pages long, so it’s not an incredibly lengthy project by webcomic standards whatsoever. Due to the fact that it typically takes me 2-5 years to properly plan a comic in the first place, I am getting a head start brainstorming new characters and ideas for the project I take up after that! I had some free time between dusting up my portfolio, prints and working on site stuff, so I sketched up some of the ladies I am planning to cram together in a few years. …and that’s that! :D
