Aw, thank you very much! Yes, he is a handsome guy, we love him very much, and are so relieved that things are improving thanks to so many people willing to help a poor old dog. It was pretty scary for a while, there!

The dog situation is awesome! I have the progress all stored under a tag you can check out here. I actually just saw him this morning, and he was looking GREAT! He acts like 5 years younger, as well, which is so nice - you can tell he is healthy. Thank you for asking!

My schedule is randomly being thrown for a loop this week, and now I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to finish the page for Friday. I really, REALLY didn’t want to take any other weeks off for this chapter, it’s only 4 more pages, then I actually get to take a couple weeks off to rebuild a buffer… the lacking of which has really hurt me, as you can tell.
Uugghh. I dunnoooo. I hadn’t anticipated spring/summer to be so hard, this year, but even then, there really isn’t an excuse. I have been utter crap at managing my time the past few months.

This was his reasoning! I think he put it something along the lines of “I am going to kill somebody if they ruin this movie for me”, so the less people that are there, the less the chance that he winds up a frontpage headline tomorrow.
Ah, well. I have to go get ready! I am at least wearing my Avengers shirt as my subtle irony (the irony being I’m wearing it ‘cause I don’t much care for Superman, but any CAWMICK NORDS that are there will mistake it as me not knowing jack-shit) for the day.

Nearly 7 years together has made it so that I am also now a bit of a morning person, haha, I can’t stay in bed past 8 am. I have also retained my night person tendencies, though? I can stay up ‘til 1 then be back up at 8. I do miss being able to sleep in, though…

Oh, I’m goin’, I dug my grave yesterday when I said “sure, I’ll go see Man of Steel with you”. I didn’t have all the facts! I was bamboozled!

Honey, it’s too early. Do they have cereal at concessions? This is one of those “labor of love” things they talk about, isn’t it? Going with someone to a 10 am movie because they JUST CAN’T WAIT. I am going to stare with great hypocritical judgment at anyone else in that theater. The movies, at 10 am. Really? Who dragged YOU, here?
(Well, granted, it’s not early for him since he’s been up since 5, as he visits this mysterious place called “the gym”, which, as I understand it, has some correlation to Pokemon, and that’s about as much as I know.)
I had to do a My Little Pony cake today
and it reminded me that I keep putting off/forgetting to do my own reinvention/interpretation of Jem and the Holograms. Since, ya know, MLP is a reinvention - my thought process makes sense there, right?
So, this is my visual, public promise! I am gonna get on that, this week.

Yesssss, yes, my nefarious plot to get everyone else making comics is working! WORKING, I tell y— I mean, uh, I don’t… plot, I’m not a plotter. Ha ha. I’m not that way! Never mind what I was saying.
THE IMPORTANT THING IS I am looking forward to seeing your comic!
The Last of Us is insanely pretty to look at.
And so far I actually like the game, a lot! I loved Uncharted so I had kind of high expectations. We’ll see how it goes -
but in the meantime goodbye productivity, goodbye to you, my friend.

for like, an hour and a half, and using it to ink. :D
I am feeling a lot better today, even though the issues from last night are unresolved. But more importantly, I wanted to say thanks again to all of you who were so nice and popped in to say hi, offer me cheer-up links (so sweet!) or answer my “how ya doin’”. I really needed it! Factor that on top of that adorable picture Cami did (which is where I got my NEW ICON~) and I’m on the up and up.
